SPGFlow PIE™ · Pricing Intelligence Engine

Your materials. Your costs. Your margin.

Pricing built around the way you make signs. PIE™ works with SPGFlow Source™ to combine your material catalogue, supplier costs, job dimensions, quantity and target margin in one estimating workflow.

PRICE THE SPECIFICATION

The same size does not always mean the same price.

A different board, print media, laminate, quantity or product type can change the real cost of the job. PIE builds the price around the materials selected and the specification being quoted.

UNDERSTAND THE NUMBER

See how the price was built.

Keep material costs, applicable production allowances, margin and VAT treatment visible so the estimate has a reason behind the number rather than relying on a disconnected spreadsheet.

KEEP PRICING CONSISTENT

One maintained method for the team.

Use shared business settings and a maintained material catalogue so staff can price from the same foundation while still choosing the right materials for the job.

SPGFlow Source™ · The pricing foundation

Your supplier pricing becomes working business data.

Source gives you a central place to maintain suppliers, materials and current cost prices, turning the information behind your buying decisions into the foundation of your estimating workflow.

01

Import supported supplier pricing

Preview compatible supplier price lists before adding products to your catalogue.

02

Enter materials manually

Add specialist or locally sourced substrates, media and other materials with their dimensions and current net costs.

03

Use imported and manual pricing

Build the catalogue that suits your business rather than forcing every product through one source.

04

Choose preferred materials

Keep frequently used products easy for the team to select when estimating.

Source → PIE → IQ → Connect

One pricing catalogue. Two ways to use it.

SPGFlow PIE™ and SPGFlow IQ™ are designed to work from the same underlying pricing catalogue, so internal estimating and customer-facing guide pricing do not need separate material databases.

Source holds the pricing data. PIE builds the internal estimate. IQ brings selected pricing to your website. Connect carries the customer conversation forward.

SPGFlow IQ™ (Instant Quote) · Founding beta

Turn selected pricing into customer-facing instant quotes.

Give customers an immediate guide price for straightforward products without maintaining a completely separate online calculator. IQ uses the same Source pricing foundation as the rest of SPGFlow, then captures the request directly into the platform.

SPGFlow Connect™ · Your unified messaging workspace

Every conversation. Every channel. One place.

A WhatsApp message. An Instagram DM. An email about a quote. Bring supported channels together so your team can respond without constantly switching apps—and your customers can keep using the platforms they know.

SPGFlow Connect bringing WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, email and web enquiries into one conversation workspace
Illustrative SPGFlow Connect workspace showing supported channels converging into one customer conversation.

One workspace. Fewer missed enquiries.

See incoming conversations, customer details and follow-ups in one place. Keep the team organised without checking every inbox separately.

Reply here. Reach customers there.

Reply to supported messages from SPGFlow. Your response reaches the customer on the original channel and is recorded in SPGFlow, keeping both sides of the conversation connected.

Keep native-app replies in the picture.

Where the connected platform supports reply synchronisation, messages sent from its own business app can also appear in SPGFlow. Your team can see what has already been said.

Availability depends on the channel and account setup. Native-app reply capture supports Facebook Messenger and eligible WhatsApp Business App connections with coexistence enabled. Channel permissions and messaging windows still apply; this is not universal inbox or sent-folder synchronisation.

Introducing SPGFlow Voice

Bring calls into the conversation.

Customers do not stop at messages. SPGFlow Voice is planned to extend Connect into business calls and SMS, bringing phone conversations closer to your customers, enquiries and everyday workflow.

Planned development · Voice and SMS are not live yet

Your business number, connected.

Planned options include new business numbers, optional number porting and compatible existing-provider or call-forwarding connections. Porting will not be mandatory.

Calls with customer context.

The planned direction includes inbound and outbound calling, call history, missed-call events and voicemail linked to the relevant customer or enquiry.

Messages, SMS and calls together.

We plan to add SMS alongside existing messaging channels, with flexible provider connections rather than tying every business to one telecom provider.

Voice and SMS are roadmap features, not included as live capabilities in the current messaging beta. Number options, existing-number support and features will depend on country, provider and account eligibility. Calling, numbers and SMS will be chargeable; pricing and availability will be confirmed before activation.

One business · One connected view

See what needs attention next.

SPGFlow is designed as one connected workflow rather than a collection of unrelated tools. Overview brings the signals from customer conversations, estimates and quote requests together so your team can act on what matters.

Enquiries & conversations

See new enquiries and active customer conversations without checking every channel separately.

Estimates & pipeline

Keep open estimates and their potential value visible alongside the customer activity that created them.

Follow-ups & IQ requests

Surface work that needs attention and online quote requests that are ready for the team to continue.

Connect captures the opportunity. PIE builds the price. IQ brings pricing online. Customers keep the relationship together. Overview helps you see what needs attention next.
